Job Overview

The Solar Power Plant Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day performance, maintenance, and optimization of ENI’s 150 MW solar facility in Ghardaïa. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the operations team to achieve optimal plant performance and availability.
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs aligned with manufacturer recommendations.
• Monitor real‑time production data, analyze trends, and initiate corrective actions to meet or exceed generation targets.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations, conducting regular audits and risk assessments.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and logistics departments for spare‑parts management and equipment upgrades.
• Prepare detailed operational reports, KPI dashboards, and budget forecasts for senior management.
• Manage relationships with local authorities, grid operators, and community stakeholders to facilitate smooth plant operations.
• Drive continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Oversee emergency response plans and lead incident investigations when necessary.
• Promote a culture of safety, sustainability, and high performance across all plant activities.

Required Skills

• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.

Education
