Job Overview

The Supply Chain Manager will lead end‑to‑end logistics, procurement, and distribution activities for Cargill’s agricultural products in the Annaba region. Reporting to the Regional Operations Director, you will be responsible for optimizing inventory levels, ensuring timely delivery to customers, and maintaining compliance with local regulations. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies that align with Cargill’s regional goals and local market demands.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, transport providers, and warehouse operators to ensure reliable and cost‑effective service.
• Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and implement replenishment plans to minimize stockouts and excess.
• Lead a cross‑functional team of planners, analysts, and logistics coordinators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with Algerian customs, food safety, and environmental regulations throughout the supply chain.
• Analyze performance metrics, generate reports, and present actionable insights to senior management.

Education

Salary
