Job Overview

The Education Technology Product Manager will lead the end‑to‑end lifecycle of Pearson’s digital learning products tailored for the Algerian market. Reporting to the Regional Director of Product Management, you will define product strategy, prioritize features, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams including engineering, design, content, sales, and customer success. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that our solutions meet local curriculum standards, cultural relevance, and the technological infrastructure of schools and universities in Algeria. Key Responsibilities

  • Translate curriculum requirements and teacher feedback into detailed product specifications and user stories.

  • Manage product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure timely releases that meet quality standards.
  • Lead beta testing programs with pilot schools, gather data, and iterate based on performance metrics.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing to create go‑to‑market strategies, pricing models, and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor product performance, usage analytics, and customer satisfaction to drive continuous improvement.
  • Represent Pearson at education conferences, workshops, and government forums across Algeria.
  • Ensure compliance with local data protection regulations and accessibility standards.

Required Skills

  • Strong product management expertise with a proven track record of launching digital education products.
  • Deep understanding of the Algerian education system, curriculum standards, and language considerations (Arabic, French, Tamazight).

Education

Experience

Salary
