Job Overview

We are seeking a highly meticulous Senior Pharmaceutical Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our growing team in Blida. This role is critical in ensuring that all our pharmaceutical products comply with the stringent regulations set by the Algerian Ministry of Health and international standards. You will act as the primary liaison between the company and regulatory authorities, managing the submission of dossiers for new product registrations, variations, and renewals. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of product registrations and regulatory submissions.
  • Ensure all marketing authorization applications are technically sound and compliant with local laws.
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Production teams to ensure manufacturing processes meet regulatory standards.
  • Monitor changes in the regulatory landscape in Algeria and provide strategic advice to management.
  • Prepare and review technical documentation, including dossiers for new drug applications.
  • Coordinate with external regulatory agencies to resolve queries regarding product licensing.

Required Skills

  • Expert knowledge of Algerian pharmaceutical regulations and international ICH guidelines.
  • Strong analytical skills for reviewing complex technical and scientific documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with government officials and internal stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail to ensure zero errors in regulatory filings.
  • Project management skills to handle multiple product lifecycles simultaneously.

Education

A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a closely related Life Sciences field is mandatory for this position.

Experience

A minimum of 5 to 7 years of direct experience in regulatory affairs within the pharmaceutical industry is required. Proven experience in dealing with the Algerian Ministry of Health is highly preferred.

Salary

The monthly salary for this position ranges from 450,000 SSP to 650,000 SSP, depending on experience and qualifications.
