Job Purpose
The Senior Finance Manager – Maghreb Cluster will oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis while supporting leadership teams with data-driven decision-making.
The role includes responsibility for financial modelling, variance analysis, cost control, financial compliance, strategic forecasting, stakeholder reporting, and management of financial systems including SAP FI/CO, Hyperion, Power BI, Tableau, and Anaplan.

Key Job Responsibilities (JD)
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
Financial Planning & Forecasting
- Lead business planning and strategic financial decision-making processes
- Manage preparation of financial forecasts, annual budgets, and long-term financial plans
- Develop “what-if” financial scenarios and business performance models
- Monitor sales trends and support production and revenue planning
Budgeting & Financial Analysis
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual monitoring of:
- Revenue performance
- Operational expenditure (OPEX)
- Cost structures and forecasts
- Coordinate variance analysis and recommend corrective actions
- Consolidate budget estimates and financial performance reviews
Business Partnering & Stakeholder Support
- Serve as the key liaison between Finance and Business Units (BUs)
- Provide financial consultancy and strategic guidance to internal stakeholders
- Communicate financial trends and business implications to management teams
Financial Reporting & Systems Management
- Ensure accurate reporting processes and analytical management reporting
- Maintain data integrity across:
- Hyperion
- Anaplan
- Budget & LE Decks
- Finance and Supply Chain platforms
- Prepare reports to support executive decision-making
Compliance, Audits & Governance
- Ensure adherence to corporate finance guidelines and local regulations
- Support internal and external audits and financial controls
- Monitor compliance with:
- Payment SOPs
- Shipping Guidelines SOPs
- Tax and accounting regulations
Leadership & Team Development
- Select, train, mentor, and coach finance team members
- Strengthen finance department capabilities and performance
- Delegate responsibilities and improve operational effectiveness
