Job Purpose

The Senior Finance Manager – Maghreb Cluster will oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis while supporting leadership teams with data-driven decision-making.

Key Job Responsibilities (JD)

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

Financial Planning & Forecasting

• Lead business planning and strategic financial decision-making processes
• Manage preparation of financial forecasts, annual budgets, and long-term financial plans
• Develop “what-if” financial scenarios and business performance models
• Monitor sales trends and support production and revenue planning

Budgeting & Financial Analysis

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual monitoring of:

  • Operational expenditure (OPEX)

• Coordinate variance analysis and recommend corrective actions
• Consolidate budget estimates and financial performance reviews

Business Partnering & Stakeholder Support

• Serve as the key liaison between Finance and Business Units (BUs)
• Provide financial consultancy and strategic guidance to internal stakeholders
• Communicate financial trends and business implications to management teams

Financial Reporting & Systems Management

• Ensure accurate reporting processes and analytical management reporting
• Maintain data integrity across:
  • Hyperion
  • Anaplan
  • Budget & LE Decks
  • Finance and Supply Chain platforms
• Prepare reports to support executive decision-making

Compliance, Audits & Governance

• Ensure adherence to corporate finance guidelines and local regulations
• Support internal and external audits and financial controls
• Monitor compliance with:
  • Payment SOPs
  • Shipping Guidelines SOPs
  • Tax and accounting regulations

Leadership & Team Development

• Select, train, mentor, and coach finance team members
• Strengthen finance department capabilities and performance
