Job Overview
The Retail Operations Manager will oversee daily store operations, manage a team of 20+ employees, and ensure seamless customer experiences. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional passionate about retail leadership, operational efficiency, and driving sales growth in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise store operations including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service
- Lead and mentor a team of retail staff, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work culture
- Implement sales strategies to meet monthly revenue targets
- Monitor and optimize store performance using retail analytics tools
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners for timely restocking
Required Skills
- Proven leadership experience in retail management

Education

Salary
300,000 – 500,000 SSP per month, commensurate with experience and performance.
