Job Overview
The Investment Banking Analyst will join a dynamic team responsible for executing mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory projects for clients operating in Algeria and the broader MENA region. Key Responsibilities

- Assist senior bankers in due diligence processes, including data collection, analysis, and synthesis of findings.
- Support the drafting of transaction documents, term sheets, and confidentiality agreements.
- Monitor deal pipelines, track milestones, and ensure timely completion of project tasks.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to assess risk, regulatory considerations, and tax implications.

Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas, macros, and VBA.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic; French is a plus.

Education
