Job Overview
As a Data Analytics Lead, you will spearhead the design, development, and delivery of advanced analytics solutions that drive strategic decision‑making for Microsoft’s regional clients. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end analytics lifecycle, from data ingestion and modeling to visualization and storytelling.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators and develop actionable dashboards using Power BI, Azure Synapse, and other Microsoft tools.
- Mentor a team of data analysts and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and security compliance in line with local regulations and Microsoft standards.
- Drive the adoption of advanced analytics techniques such as machine learning, predictive modeling, and AI‑powered insights.
- Present findings to senior leadership and external clients, translating complex data into clear business recommendations.
- Stay current with emerging data technologies and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Power BI, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Databricks.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Leadership experience managing multidisciplinary analytics teams.
- Problem‑solving mindset and ability to work in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment.
Education
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field is required. A master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate) are highly desirable and will be considered a strong advantage.
Experience
Minimum of five years of professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering, with at least two years in a leadership or lead role. Experience in the technology sector, especially within cloud‑based environments, is preferred.
Salary
The compensation package ranges from SSP 150,000 to SSP 250,000 per month, commensurate with experience, expertise, and performance. Additional performance‑based bonuses and stock options may be offered.
