Job Description

Role Overview

The Customer Service Specialist plays a key role in supporting the Sales team by delivering efficient telesales and customer service operations. This position focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction, ensuring smooth order processing, and maintaining strong customer relationships while contributing to the achievement of monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer orders efficiently, including order-taking and processing
  • Manage payment processing and ensure accurate transaction handling
  • Address customer complaints promptly and provide appropriate resolutions
  • Identify and report problematic or “bad” orders for further action
  • Respond to customer inquiries, quotations, and telephone calls in a professional manner
  • Support overall sales objectives through proactive customer engagement
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high service standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or any related field (BS/AB in any 4-year course)
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle customer interactions effectively and professionally
  • Willingness to work on Saturdays

Training Requirement

  • Must be willing to undergo training in Manila
  • Accommodation and allowance will be provided during the training period
