Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Financial Planning
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning cycles
- Identify profitability improvements and cost optimization opportunities
- Provide financial insights for strategic decisions and investments
Corporate Finance & Reporting
- Manage monthly reporting, group submissions, and statutory accounts
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, local regulations, and group standards
- Maintain SAP data accuracy and ledger integrity
Governance, Controls & Risk
- Implement internal controls and risk management frameworks
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial policies, and procedures
- Manage external audits and ensure quality outcomes
Treasury & Capital Management
- Oversee cash flow, liquidity, and capital allocation
- Manage banking relationships and intercompany funding
- Lead treasury operations and cash forecasting
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and develop a team of finance professionals
- Build a strong performance-driven and ethical finance culture
- Partner with leadership teams on strategic and commercial decisions
Skills & Requirements
- Accounting qualification with 5–7 years of experience
- Strong knowledge of SAP and financial systems
- Expertise in financial reporting, controls, and compliance
- Strong commercial and business acumen
- Leadership, coaching, and team management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in transformation or change management is a plus
