Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Financial Planning

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning cycles
  • Identify profitability improvements and cost optimization opportunities
  • Provide financial insights for strategic decisions and investments

Corporate Finance & Reporting

  • Manage monthly reporting, group submissions, and statutory accounts
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS, local regulations, and group standards
  • Maintain SAP data accuracy and ledger integrity

Governance, Controls & Risk

  • Implement internal controls and risk management frameworks
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial policies, and procedures
  • Manage external audits and ensure quality outcomes

Treasury & Capital Management

  • Oversee cash flow, liquidity, and capital allocation
  • Manage banking relationships and intercompany funding
  • Lead treasury operations and cash forecasting

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead and develop a team of finance professionals
  • Build a strong performance-driven and ethical finance culture
  • Partner with leadership teams on strategic and commercial decisions

Skills & Requirements

  • Accounting qualification with 5–7 years of experience
  • Strong knowledge of SAP and financial systems
  • Expertise in financial reporting, controls, and compliance
  • Strong commercial and business acumen
  • Leadership, coaching, and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience in transformation or change management is a plus
