Job Overview:As an Environmental Conservation Program Manager with The Nature Conservancy, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing conservation programs that protect and restore natural habitats. You will work closely with local communities, governments, and other stakeholders to design and implement effective conservation strategies. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement conservation programs that protect and restore natural habitats
  • Work with local communities, governments, and other stakeholders to design and implement effective conservation strategies
  • Conduct field assessments and monitoring to evaluate the effectiveness of conservation programs
  • Develop and manage budgets for conservation programs
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination

Required Skills:

  • Master’s degree in Environmental Science or related field
  • 8-12 years of experience in conservation or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective conservation programs
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
