Job Overview
The Mineral Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing the movement of raw mineral shipments from the mining sites in Ain Temouchent to processing facilities, ports, and international customers. - Monitor shipment status in real time, proactively addressing delays, bottlenecks, or regulatory issues.
- Analyze logistics data to identify cost‑saving opportunities, route efficiencies, and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, freight costs, and compliance reports.
- Collaborate with the health, safety, and environment (HSE) team to enforce safety protocols during loading, transport, and unloading operations.
- Prepare regular logistics performance dashboards for senior management review.
- Support the implementation of digital logistics tools and automation initiatives.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, customs regulations, and international shipping procedures.
- Proficiency in logistics management software (e.g., SAP TM, Oracle Transportation Management) and Microsoft Office Suite.
