Job Overview
The Defense Systems Integration Engineer will play a pivotal role in designing, integrating and validating complex defense systems for both national and international customers. Reporting to the Lead Systems Architect, the engineer will collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including hardware, software, test and project management—to ensure seamless integration of subsystems such as radar, communication, command‑and‑control and electronic warfare. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the integration of hardware and software components into complete defense system solutions.
- Develop and execute integration test plans, analyze results, and resolve technical issues.
- Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure compliance with interface specifications.
- Maintain configuration management and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support certification and qualification activities in accordance with national and international defense standards.
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and contribute to knowledge‑sharing initiatives.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of systems engineering principles and integration methodologies.
- Proficiency in modeling tools (e.g., SysML, MATLAB/Simulink) and simulation environments.
- Experience with defense‑grade communication protocols and secure data links.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills in both French and English; Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary, fast‑paced environment.
Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or a closely related discipline is required. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., INCOSE CSEP) are highly desirable and will be considered an advantage during the selection process.
Experience

Salary
