KMBI is hiring a Program Officer (Fieldwork) to support the implementation of its microfinance and community lending programs in Algeria. This role is ideal for individuals seeking fieldwork jobs in Algeria, especially in microfinance, credit operations, and community development programs.
The Program Officer plays a key role in client engagement, group formation, loan monitoring, and field-based program execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and manage microfinance program activities in the assigned field area
- Organize and form community centers and borrower groups

- Process, monitor, and evaluate loan applications and client portfolios
- Maintain accurate records of loans, repayments, and client data
- Conduct regular field visits and client assessments
- Facilitate group meetings and community financial discussions
- Ensure compliance with credit policies and operational guidelines
Job Requirements
Education
- Graduate of a 2-year or 4-year college degree, or
- College level with at least 84 completed units, or
- Graduates of vocational or K-12 programs are welcome
Experience
- Experience in credit and collection, microfinance, or field operations is an advantage but not required
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
