Job Description
As a Senior Finance Manager – Maghreb Cluster, you will lead finance planning and business decision-making while ensuring strong financial governance across operations. The role acts as a strategic bridge between Finance, Business Units, and Supply Chain teams to ensure accurate forecasting, cost control, reporting efficiency, and financial integrity.

Key Job Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Budgeting

Data Integrity & Systems Management
- Ensure financial data accuracy across multiple business platforms.

- Select, train, mentor, and coach finance team members.
- Build strong finance capabilities within the department.
- Delegate tasks and improve team performance.
- Encourage adaptation to new systems, processes, and technologies.
Education Requirements
Applicants should possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance
- Specialized studies in:

Preferred Qualification
- MBA in Finance or Business Administration will be considered an added advantage.

Experience Requirements
To qualify for this role, candidates should have:
- More than 6 years of professional experience in a similar finance leadership role
