Job Description

Role Overview

The Treasury Specialist is responsible for managing cash collection processes, ensuring secure handling of payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. The role supports both operational efficiency and customer satisfaction by ensuring compliance with treasury policies and delivering reliable financial services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collection & Control Functions

  • Accurately receive and process customer payments
  • Print, organize, and manage prepaid invoices
  • Release invoices only to authorized customer representatives
  • Implement strict security measures to safeguard cash and confidential data
  • Reconcile daily collections against Oracle reports
  • Deposit collections to the bank following proper procedures
  • Handle gift certificates (GC) issuance and release accurately
  • Process sales orders and coordinate releases to authorized representatives
  • Conduct bank-to-bank verification processes

2. Customer Service Functions

  • Deliver high-quality service to both internal and external customers
  • Execute special instructions from Account Officers for client accounts
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer concerns and complaints
  • Report maintenance needs for office equipment, furniture, and fixtures
  • Ensure strict adherence to treasury policies and procedures
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, including customer settlement support

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS or AB) in any four-year course
  • Prior experience in cashiering or similar roles is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and financial accuracy
  • Good communication skills in English and Tagalog

Training Requirement

  • Must be willing to undergo training in Meycauayan, Bulacan
  • Accommodation and allowances will be provided during the training period
