Position Summary
The Systems Assurance RAMS Engineer will be responsible for ensuring system reliability, availability, maintainability, and safety (RAMS) compliance throughout the project lifecycle. The successful candidate will collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver railway and transportation systems that meet international safety standards and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement RAMS strategies for railway and transportation projects.
- Conduct reliability, availability, maintainability, and safety analyses.
- Prepare hazard logs, risk assessments, and safety case documentation.
- Perform Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) activities.
- Support system verification and validation processes.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Railway Engineering, or a related discipline.

- Professional RAMS, Functional Safety, or Systems Engineering certifications are highly desirable.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 4–8 years of experience in RAMS engineering, systems assurance, railway systems, transportation infrastructure, or safety-critical environments.
- Experience with EN 50126, EN 50128, EN 50129, IEC standards, or equivalent frameworks.
- Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and safety management systems.
- Experience supporting large-scale transportation or infrastructure projects.
