Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sustainable agriculture practices across our operations
- Work closely with farmers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure responsible and sustainable production
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with sustainable agriculture standards
- Collaborate with our research and development team to identify new sustainable agriculture technologies and practices
- Develop and implement training programs for farmers and other stakeholders on sustainable agriculture practices
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of sustainable agriculture practices and principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel regularly to our farms and operations
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or related field
Experience:5-7 years of experience in sustainable agriculture or a related field
