Job Overview

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Laboratory Technician to join our specialized quality control unit in Djelfa. This role is critical to our manufacturing operations, ensuring that every batch of pharmaceutical products adheres to strict regulatory requirements and internal quality standards. The successful candidate will perform complex chemical and biological analyses, manage laboratory instrumentation, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our testing protocols. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced analytical testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished pharmaceutical products.
  • Operate and maintain sophisticated laboratory equipment including HPLC, GC, and UV-Vis spectrophotometers.
  • Document all experimental results and analytical data in strict accordance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
  • Investigate Out of Specification (OOS) results and propose corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely release of batches for distribution.
  • Assist in the validation of new analytical methods and laboratory procedures.

Required Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in analytical chemistry techniques and laboratory instrumentation.
  • In-depth knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities regarding chemical deviations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and precision in data recording and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.

Education

A Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or a closely related scientific field is mandatory for this position.

Experience

Salary
