About the role

Molave Youngs Milling Group of Companies’ is seeking a driven and experienced Salesman to join our team in Molave Zamboanga Del Sur. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our high-quality products to a diverse range of customers, contributing to the overall success of the organisation.

What you’ll be doing

• Actively prospecting and identifying new sales opportunities within your assigned territory
• Conducting effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted sales strategies
• Providing valuable feedback and insights to the management team to help inform product development and business strategies
• Accurately maintaining detailed sales records and meeting monthly/quarterly sales targets

What we’re looking for

• Proven track record of success in a sales or customer-facing role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with a diverse range of customers
• Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure new business opportunities
• Proficient in data analysis and record-keeping to track sales performance
• A self-motivated and driven individual with a passion for exceeding sales targets
• Willingness to travel within the assigned sales territory as needed

Pay: Php12,000.00 – Php15,000.00 per hour
