DEVAID Limited, as part of an international consortium, has been awarded a Framework Agreement with the European Training Foundation (ETF) for the provision of Human Capital Development (HCD) expertise services from May 2025 to May 2029. Under this framework, DEVAID is establishing a global Expert Pool to support ETF operations across partner countries in Africa, Central Asia, EU Neighbourhood regions, and other international development programs.
