Job Overview

The IoT Solutions Architect will lead the design, development, and deployment of end‑to‑end IoT solutions that power smart city applications in Oran and beyond. Reporting to the Head of Technology & Innovation, the role involves translating municipal requirements into scalable architectures, selecting appropriate sensors, connectivity protocols, cloud platforms, and data analytics tools. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and select hardware components, communication standards (e.g., LoRaWAN, NB‑IoT), and cloud services to meet performance, security, and cost objectives.
• Collaborate with municipal authorities to gather functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Lead proof‑of‑concept pilots, conduct feasibility studies, and produce detailed implementation roadmaps.
• Ensure interoperability with Algérie Télécom’s existing 4G/5G networks and legacy systems.
• Define data governance policies, including security, privacy, and compliance with Algerian regulations.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills
