Job Overview
We are seeking a highly strategic and results-oriented E-commerce Marketplace Manager to lead our regional growth in Biskra. This role is critical for scaling our third-party seller network and ensuring a premium customer experience. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to increase the number of active third-party sellers on the platform.
- Monitor marketplace performance metrics, including GMV, seller churn, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery and efficient returns management.
- Identify market trends and product gaps to advise sellers on inventory optimization.
- Implement promotional campaigns to drive seasonal sales and increase platform traffic.
- Conduct regular audits of seller performance to maintain high service standards.

Education

Salary
