Job Overview

The E-commerce Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for managing the end-to-end flow of goods from our warehouses to the final customer. This role is critical to our digital growth strategy, ensuring that every order is processed, packed, and shipped with maximum efficiency and accuracy. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Monitor inventory levels within the e-commerce fulfillment center to prevent stockouts.
  • Liaise with courier services to resolve delivery issues and optimize shipping routes.
  • Analyze logistics data to identify bottlenecks in the fulfillment process.
  • Manage returns and reverse logistics to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to align incoming stock with sales forecasts.

Education

Experience

Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics coordination, preferably within an e-commerce or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment. Proven experience in managing last-mile delivery networks is essential.

Salary

The monthly salary for this position ranges from 450,000 SSP to 650,000 SSP, depending on experience and performance metrics.
