Job Overview

The Digital Twin Engineer will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing virtual replicas of physical automotive components and systems. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design engineers to validate concepts and perform virtual testing, reducing physical prototype cycles.
• Analyze simulation results to identify performance gaps, propose design improvements, and support root‑cause analysis.
• Maintain a centralized digital twin repository, ensuring version control and data integrity.
• Provide technical guidance and training to multidisciplinary teams on digital twin best practices.
• Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures for digital twin implementation across projects.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies in IoT, AI, and simulation to continuously enhance the digital twin ecosystem.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in CAD tools (CATIA, SolidWorks) and simulation platforms (ANSYS, Simcenter).
