Job Overview
We’re seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Oran, Algeria. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and engagement for our clients.
You will work closely with our creative and media teams to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns that meet our clients’ business objectives. You will also be responsible for managing and optimizing digital marketing budgets, analyzing campaign performance, and providing insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and engagement for our clients
- Work closely with creative and media teams to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns
- Manage and optimize digital marketing budgets
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies
Required Skills
- 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a leadership role
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, search engine optimization, and paid advertising
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations
- Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
Experience
5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a leadership role
Salary
80,000 – 120,000 SSP per year
