Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Accessibility Specialist to join our Accessibility Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products and services are accessible to people with disabilities. This includes conducting accessibility audits, providing training to developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement accessibility features.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct accessibility audits of our products and services to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide training to developers on accessibility best practices and guidelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement accessibility features
  • Develop and maintain accessibility standards and guidelines for our products and services
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest accessibility technologies and trends

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of accessibility guidelines and standards (WCAG 2.1, Section 508)
  • Experience with accessibility testing tools (e.g. WAVE, Lighthouse)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

Experience

5-7 years of experience in accessibility or a related field

Salary

5000-10000 SSP per month
