Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, cash flow projections, and market trends to evaluate borrower credit risk.
- Develop and maintain quantitative credit scoring models and risk rating systems.
- Prepare detailed credit assessment reports and present findings to senior management.
- Monitor existing loan portfolios for early warning signs of deterioration and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to ensure adherence to Algerian banking regulations and Basel III standards.
- Support the development of credit policies, guidelines, and risk appetite frameworks.

Required Skills
- Strong analytical and quantitative abilities with proficiency in Excel, VBA, and statistical software (e.g., SAS, R, or Python).
- In‑depth knowledge of banking products, credit underwriting processes, and risk management principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and Arabic; English proficiency is a plus.

Education
