Job Overview

The Mine Operations Supervisor will oversee daily underground and surface mining activities at Glocore’s Sétif site, ensuring production targets are met safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise mining crews to achieve daily production quotas.
• Monitor equipment performance, schedule maintenance, and coordinate with the maintenance team.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, conducting regular toolbox talks and inspections.
• Implement operational plans that maximize ore recovery while minimizing waste.
