Job Overview

The Railway Operations Safety Trainer will design, develop, and deliver comprehensive safety training programs for SNTF staff, including engineers, conductors, maintenance crews, and supervisory personnel. This position is responsible for ensuring that all training aligns with national regulations, international best practices, and SNTF’s internal safety standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough training needs analyses for all railway operational units.
