Key Responsibilities

  • Develop regulatory strategies for new product submissions and lifecycle management.
  • Prepare and submit complete dossiers to Algerian authorities.
  • Maintain current knowledge of Algerian laws, ICH, and WHO guidelines.
  • Coordinate with Clinical, Quality, and Marketing teams to gather required data.
  • Lead interactions with health authorities and respond to queries.
  • Train junior regulatory staff on documentation and compliance.

Required Skills

  • In‑depth understanding of Algerian pharmaceutical regulations.
  • Proven ability to compile and submit registration dossiers.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication in French, Arabic, and English.
  • Leadership experience managing cross‑functional projects.

Education

A Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field is required. Certifications such as RAC are a plus. Ongoing professional development through workshops and conferences is expected.

Experience

Minimum eight years of progressive regulatory affairs experience, including at least three years in a supervisory role, preferably within the Algerian or North African market. Demonstrated success in leading product registrations from development to launch is essential.

Salary
