Job Overview

The Quality Assurance Engineer will play a pivotal role in ensuring that Siemens Algeria’s manufacturing processes meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive quality management systems aligned with ISO 9001 and industry-specific standards.
• Conduct regular internal audits and coordinate external audits to ensure compliance.
• Analyze production data to identify trends, root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to integrate quality controls into product design and manufacturing processes.
• Lead failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) sessions and risk assessments.
• Prepare detailed quality reports and present findings to senior management.
• Support supplier qualification and performance monitoring activities.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of quality management principles, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, SPC).
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a data‑driven mindset.
• Effective communication skills in both French and English; Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with manufacturing execution systems (MES) and ERP platforms.

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical discipline is required. Advanced certifications such as Six Sigma Green Belt, Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), or equivalent are highly desirable.

Experience

Applicants should have 3 to 5 years of hands‑on experience in quality assurance or quality control within a manufacturing environment, preferably in high‑tech or industrial sectors. Experience with automotive, aerospace, or energy equipment manufacturing is considered an advantage.

Salary
