Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sustainable agriculture practices in our operations
- Promote sustainable agriculture practices to our customers and stakeholders
- Conduct research and analysis to identify best practices in sustainable agriculture
- Develop and implement training programs for our employees on sustainable agriculture practices
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that sustainable agriculture practices are integrated into all aspects of our operations
Required Skills
- Master’s degree in Agriculture or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in sustainable agriculture or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
