Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive E-commerce Logistics Specialist to join our growing digital operations team in Médéa. This role is critical to our success in the digital marketplace, ensuring that our online customers receive their orders accurately and on time. As we continue to scale our e-commerce presence, this position will focus on optimizing the flow of goods from our warehouses to the end consumer. Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor inventory levels across multiple digital channels to prevent stockouts.
  • Analyze shipping data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate picking and packing.
  • Resolve customer inquiries related to order tracking and delivery issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.

Required Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex logistics data.
  • Excellent communication skills for coordinating with diverse stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of last-mile delivery optimization techniques.
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting.

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Candidates with specialized certifications in logistics management will be given preference.

Experience

A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, specifically within an e-commerce or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment, is essential for this role.

Salary

The monthly salary for this position ranges from 85,000 SSP to 120,000 SSP, depending on experience and performance metrics.
