Job Overview

The Supply Chain Digital Transformation Lead will spearhead end‑to‑end digital initiatives that modernize client supply chains, improve operational efficiency, and enable data‑driven decision making. Working closely with senior client stakeholders, cross‑functional Accenture teams, and technology partners, the incumbent will design, implement, and scale digital solutions such as advanced analytics, AI‑powered demand forecasting, IoT‑enabled asset tracking, and cloud‑based supply chain platforms. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of digital transformation roadmaps for client supply chains, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing supply chain processes, technology stacks, and data ecosystems to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Design and prototype digital solutions leveraging AI, machine learning, blockchain, and IoT to enhance visibility, forecasting accuracy, and inventory optimization.
  • Collaborate with Accenture’s technology architects, data scientists, and industry specialists to deliver integrated, scalable solutions on cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
  • Manage pilot projects, monitor key performance indicators, and iterate solutions based on real‑time feedback and analytics.
  • Facilitate change management activities, including stakeholder workshops, training sessions, and communication plans to ensure smooth adoption.
  • Prepare detailed business cases, ROI analyses, and executive presentations to secure client buy‑in and funding.
  • Stay abreast of emerging supply chain technologies, industry trends, and best practices to continuously enrich Accenture’s service offerings.

Required Skills

  • Strong expertise in supply chain management principles, logistics, and procurement processes.
  • Proven experience with digital transformation projects, preferably in a consulting environment.
  • Hands‑on knowledge of data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and programming languages such as Python or R.
  • Familiarity with cloud services (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and integration platforms.
  • Excellent problem‑solving abilities, with a data‑driven mindset.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Leadership qualities, capable of guiding multidisciplinary teams and influencing senior client executives.

Education

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or a related discipline is required. A master’s degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., APICS, PMP, TOGAF) are highly desirable and will be considered an advantage during the selection process.

Experience

Candidates must have a minimum of five to eight years of progressive experience in supply chain management, digital consulting, or technology implementation. Experience delivering large‑scale transformation programs for multinational corporations, especially within the MENA region, will be viewed favorably.

Salary
