Job Overview

The BIM Manager will lead the implementation and governance of BIM processes for multiple construction projects in the Tlemcen region. Reporting to the Head of Project Management Office, the role involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams, ensuring model integrity, and integrating BIM data with project schedules, cost estimates, and facility management systems. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and workflows aligned with international best practices.
  • Lead BIM coordination meetings, facilitating communication among architects, structural engineers, MEP specialists, and contractors.
  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of 3D models, clash detection reports, and associated data throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Integrate BIM models with project scheduling (4D) and cost estimation (5D) tools to support decision‑making.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to project teams on BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and Tekla.
  • Collaborate with the procurement department to evaluate and select BIM‑compatible tools and services.
  • Monitor compliance with BIM execution plans and generate regular performance reports for senior management.
  • Support the handover process by delivering as‑built models and documentation for facility management.

Required Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, Tekla, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, engineering disciplines, and project delivery methods.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage cross‑functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the capacity to resolve complex model clashes and data inconsistencies.
  • Fluency in French and English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) or BIM-specific credentials (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) is desirable.

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree or specialized BIM certification will be considered an advantage.

Experience

Minimum of five years of hands‑on experience managing BIM processes on large‑scale construction projects, preferably within an international or multi‑national environment.

Salary
