Job Overview

The Data Center Operations Manager will lead the planning, deployment, and day‑to‑day management of Huawei’s state‑of‑the‑art data center located in El Bayadh. Key Responsibilities

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, and virtualization technologies.
  • Proficiency in monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, Nagios) and automation platforms (e.g., Ansible, PowerShell).
  • Excellent problem‑solving abilities and capacity to manage high‑pressure situations.
  • Effective leadership and team‑building skills with a focus on mentorship.
  • Fluent communication in Arabic, French, and English.

Education
