Job Overview
The Digital Transformation Lead will spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive digital strategies for Microsoft’s key clients in Algeria. This role involves guiding organizations through end‑to‑end transformation journeys, leveraging cloud platforms, AI services, and modern workplace solutions. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor, aligning technology initiatives with business objectives to drive measurable outcomes. In this role, you will collaborate with sales, engineering, and consulting teams to design tailored transformation roadmaps, manage multi‑disciplinary project teams, and ensure successful delivery of technology solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement holistic digital transformation strategies for enterprise clients, focusing on cloud migration, AI integration, and modern workplace adoption.
- Lead cross‑functional teams of consultants, engineers, and sales professionals to deliver end‑to‑end solutions that meet client objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive business assessments, identify gaps, and propose technology‑enabled solutions that drive efficiency and growth.
- Manage stakeholder relationships at C‑level, ensuring alignment of technology initiatives with strategic business goals.
- Track project performance, deliver regular status reports, and adjust plans to mitigate risks and maximize ROI.
- Drive adoption of Microsoft’s cloud and AI services through workshops, proof‑of‑concepts, and pilot programs.
- Contribute to the creation of market‑specific content, case studies, and best‑practice guides to support sales enablement.
- Represent Microsoft Algeria at industry conferences, webinars, and community events to promote digital transformation.
Required Skills
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (Azure), AI/ML services, and modern workplace tools (Microsoft 365).
- Proven ability to design and execute large‑scale digital transformation programs.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of influencing senior executives.
- Project management proficiency (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) and agile methodology experience.
- Fluency in Arabic, French, and English to engage diverse stakeholders.
Education
A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is required. Relevant certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, or PMP are highly valued.
Experience
Minimum of 8 years of experience leading digital transformation initiatives, preferably within large enterprises or consulting firms. Prior experience in the Algerian market or North African region is a distinct advantage.
Salary
The compensation package ranges from 250,000 to 350,000 SSP per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional performance‑based incentives may be offered.
