Job Overview
This role leads the coordination of international education initiatives in Bejaia, Algeria. The position requires managing cross-border academic collaborations, designing educational programs, and ensuring alignment with global best practices. Candidates will support schools, universities, and training institutions in adopting innovative teaching methodologies and digital learning tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement international education programs in partnership with Algerian institutions
- Coordinate with UK and global education partners to establish academic exchange opportunities
- Design training modules for educators on modern pedagogical techniques
- Monitor program performance and report to senior management
- Organize workshops on digital literacy and e-learning platforms
- Ensure compliance with British Council and Algerian educational standards
Required Skills
- Expertise in international education frameworks and accreditation processes
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Fluency in English and Arabic; French proficiency preferred
- Experience with educational technology platforms (e.g., Moodle, Google Classroom)
- Excellent communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills
- Ability to analyze educational trends and adapt programs accordingly
Education
- Master’s Degree in Education, International Relations, or related field
- Certification in Educational Leadership or Program Management preferred

Salary
320,000 – 480,000 SSP per month, commensurate with experience.
