Job Overview
The Sustainable Agriculture Project Coordinator will lead Danone Algeria’s efforts to implement regenerative farming techniques and reduce environmental impact across supply chains. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects to integrate sustainable practices into agricultural operations

- Monitor and report on sustainability metrics, including water usage reduction and carbon footprint analysis
- Design training programs for agricultural stakeholders on climate-smart farming techniques
- Ensure compliance with national and international environmental regulations in all project phases
Required Skills
- Expertise in sustainable agriculture frameworks (e.g., regenerative farming, agroecology)
- Strong project management skills with proven experience in multi-stakeholder coordination

- Fluency in French and Arabic for effective communication with local partners

Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Science, Environmental Management, or related field

Salary
350,000 – 450,000 SSP per annum, commensurate with experience and project impact metrics.
