Job Overview
The Supply Chain Analyst will play a pivotal role in optimizing the flow of goods, information, and finances across CMA CGM’s Algerian network. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the analyst will leverage data analytics, forecasting tools, and cross‑functional collaboration to enhance inventory accuracy, reduce lead times, and improve overall service levels. Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and maintain demand forecasts, inventory models, and replenishment plans in coordination with sales and procurement teams.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order fulfillment rate, inventory turnover, and transportation costs.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards for senior management, highlighting actionable insights.
- Collaborate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and warehouse operators to ensure timely and compliant movements of goods.
- Support the implementation of digital tools and ERP modules to streamline processes.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean and Six Sigma projects.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or data visualization software.
- Excellent communication skills in French and English; Arabic is a plus.
- Knowledge of supply chain best practices, inventory management, and logistics operations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.

Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline is required. Candidates with additional certifications such as APICS CPIM, CSCP, or a Master’s degree will be considered favorably.

Salary
