Job Overview
Skyro is seeking an experienced and highly driven Sales Area Specialist – Agent Model to manage SME sales operations and improve productivity within assigned territories. The successful candidate will oversee sales personnel, strengthen merchant relationships, identify market expansion opportunities, and execute sales growth strategies aligned with company performance goals.
This position is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in sales management, fintech operations, business development, retail sales, financial products, and relationship management.
Key Duties and Responsibilities (JD)
The Sales Area Specialist will be responsible for:
Sales Management & Team Performance
- Managing the productivity and effectiveness of SME sales personnel operating under the Agent Model.
- Monitoring sales performance metrics and ensuring achievement of assigned area targets.
- Conducting periodic performance evaluations including weekly, monthly, and quarterly assessments.
- Establishing performance milestones and coaching team members toward achieving business goals.
- Driving overall team productivity and operational success.
Business Development & Market Expansion
- Identifying market opportunities, merchant partnerships, and sales penetration strategies within assigned territories.
- Developing strategic plans to increase market share and strengthen merchant engagement.
- Building and maintaining strong long-term relationships with merchants, stakeholders, and business partners.
- Supporting growth initiatives and implementing strategies for sustainable business expansion.
Strategic Planning & Sales Execution
- Developing area sales strategies, tactical plans, and measurable performance objectives.
- Collaborating with Regional Sales Managers (RSM/NSM) to align priorities, KPIs, and sales targets.
- Supporting policy compliance, operational consistency, and achievement of short-term and long-term growth objectives.
- Creating sales programs to maximize market opportunities and reduce operational risks.
Coaching, Training & Team Development
- Coaching and mentoring SME Sales Personnel to improve productivity and performance.
- Assisting with the development and implementation of updated training programs.
- Supporting employee capability development in fintech products, customer service, and sales performance improvement.

Education Requirements
Applicants should possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Commerce, or a related field (Required).

Experience Requirements
Candidates should have:
- At least 1–2 years of proven experience in sales management, business development, or marketing, preferably in retail, financial services, fintech, lending, or banking industries.

- Previous experience in merchant management, SME sales, or area-based sales coordination is highly desirable.
- Experience interpreting sales data and developing measurable action plans.
