Key Duties and Responsibilities (JD)

The Human Resource Associate will be responsible for supporting key HR functions, including:

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Posting job vacancies on internal systems and job boards.
  • Screening applications and shortlisting qualified candidates.
  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Communicating recruitment updates and interview schedules professionally.

  • Coordinating payroll concerns with employees and management.
  • Supporting payroll documentation processes and distribution of payslips.
  • Responding to employee payroll-related questions and administrative requests.

HR Operations & Employee Records Management

  • Maintaining employee records, personnel files, and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Processing HR documents including contracts, renewals, employee clearances, certificates, and employment verification documents.
  • Assisting in government compliance and employee benefits administration where applicable.
  • Responding to employee concerns related to workplace policies, HR guidelines, and company procedures.
  • Ensuring proper HR filing systems and document management.

Training, Employee Engagement & Administrative Support

  • Supporting employee training sessions, seminars, workshops, and engagement activities.
  • Assisting HR teams with documentation, reporting, scheduling, and departmental coordination.
  • Supporting HR operational improvements and workplace engagement initiatives.
  • Performing additional responsibilities assigned by supervisors or management.
