About the Role

The Senior Payroll Officer will support payroll administration and maintain salary databases across all operational locations. The successful candidate will ensure accurate salary processing, timely payroll remittance, payroll reconciliation, employee payment accuracy, attendance management, and audit compliance.

  • Process payroll deductions, overtime, allowances, and final settlements in accordance with company regulations.

Payroll Processing & Reporting

  • Manage payroll cycles and ensure payroll authorization before salary remittance.
  • Conduct payroll reconciliation, payroll reporting, payroll data validation, and compensation management activities.
  • Generate payroll reports and HR dashboards for management review.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reporting requirements.

Time & Attendance Management

  • Manage and maintain employee time and attendance systems.
  • Monitor attendance records and ensure payroll integration accuracy.
  • Update systems and resolve attendance discrepancies as required.
  • Assist employees with attendance registration and payroll cycle procedures.
